About Greater Seacoast Property Maintenance
Greater Seacoast Property Maintenance was founded in July of 2001 with a push mower, a weed wacker, and only a handful of clients. 10 years later, GSPM has grown into a fully operational landscaping and property maintenance company, servicing local businesses and residents year-round. Owner and Operator Michael A. Petlick is a long time resident of New Castle and takes pride in ensuring the New Hampshire Seacoast is at its finest.
